FirstService Residential Selected to Manage Crystal Cove Community Association

ORANGE COUNTY, Cali. – – FirstService Residential, North America’s leading HOA management company, was selected to provide professional property management services to Crystal Cove Community Association, home to some of Orange County's premier luxury real estate. FirstService Residential will assume management of the community on August 1, 2023.

Crystal Cove Community Association is a prestigious single-family home community located in Newport Beach, California. The community is comprised of 778 homes and offers numerous amenities, including a resort-style clubhouse, pool, spa, tennis and pickleball courts, multiple access gates, and an on-site management office. The property sits adjacent to Crystal Cove State Park, one of Orange County’s largest remaining untouched areas where residents can enjoy 3.2 miles of beach, 2,400 acres of backcountry wilderness, and an offshore underwater area.

Sara Hardin, CMCA, AMS, who has been with FirstService Residential for 9 years, will be taking over as general manager in August. During her tenure with the organization, Sara has served in several roles including community manager, senior community manager, and regional director. Sara's experience in wildfire mitigation has been recognized by industry organizations including Community Association Institute (CAI) and Community Association of Rancho (CAR). Her wildfire expertise led to one of her previous communities receiving a $25,000 grant to be used for fuel modification efforts. While leading daily management duties for Crystal Cove, Sara will also have direct oversight of a multi-million-dollar amenity renovation project currently underway to refresh and modernize the community.
