ROBBIN BROWN

As Executive Vice President of the South East Region in California, Robbin Brown has operational oversight of the San Diego, Inland Empire and Palm Desert regional offices and leads account executive staff and association on-site teams. Her responsibility also includes client relationships, leadership development and new business development.

Robbin brings over 25 years of retail business leadership, her previous role being Regional Vice President at Toys R’ Us. She is a graduate of California State University San Diego. A native Californian, Robbin enjoys spending time with her three children and friends, traveling and watching or attending sporting events.

As the Vice President of Community Management, Chris is part of the California Leadership Team and directly oversees San Diego’s portfolio of communities. Chris has 14 years in leadership roles consisting of both Multi-Unit Retail and Commercial Property Management in the greater Los Angeles area. Chris holds both a BA and an MBA in Business Management.

As the Regional Director of the Carlsbad region, Marisa McVey oversees the operations of the Carlsbad office and leads the staff of community association managers. Responsibilities include client relationships. Leadership with staff and corporate accountability for the region. 

Marisa brings 17 years of experience within the California Association industry and has served as a Community and District Manager for FirstService Residential. Marisa enjoys living by the beach and spending time with her husband, two sons and dogs.

As Executive Vice President, High-Rise & Mixed-Use, Drew Schlegel oversees all operations, client relationships, staff development, new business launch and business development for FirstService Residential's San Francisco, Greater Los Angeles and Valencia regions. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Council in California and assists with growth strategies throughout California.

Schlegel previously served as FirstService Residential's Vice President of Finance for the past seven years, where he was responsible for directing and assisting with community association accounting and finance. He is an expert on a variety of Common Interest Development finance issues including: developer subsidies, maintenance agreements, collections, foreclosures, budgeting and reserve funding.

As Vice President for the Urban Division, Lee is part of the California Leadership Team and directly oversees all San Diego urban and high-rise communities.

Lee has 15 years of community association experience, all with FirstService Residential. During that time, he has been an on-site general manager at amenity-driven high-rise buildings in both Arizona and California. He was also a Vice President in our Scottsdale office before relocating to San Diego. Lee holds a CMCA® Certification with the Community Association Manager’s International Certification Board and also the AMS® Designation (Association Management Specialist) with the Community Associations Institute.
