“HOA and community association residents may qualify for discounted rates through partnerships with service providers,” Dougherty adds. “FirstService Residential, a national residential management company, has partnered with service providers to save residents an average of $800/year per household on their cable and internet per year. These savings have added up to around $24 million annually.”
