FirstService Residential announces the launch of its Urban Management Division in California. This specialized team offers mid-, high-rise and mixed-use buildings proactive expertise in protecting building assets; and strategic planning specific to the needs of each client including their brand vision, fiscal goals, and building components. The team is further enhanced by infrastructure support in critical service areas including hospitality, engineering, technology, life and safety, finance, as well as human resources.

FirstService Residential received the Management Company of the Year and On-site Manager of the Year Awards from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) California North Chapter. FirstService Residential-managed Diamond Grove Community received honors for Medium (sized) Association of the Year and Community Association Volunteer Leader of the Year.

FirstService Residential was selected to provide homeowner association management services to Meadowview Community Association #1 in Temecula, California. The homeowner association consists of 900 single family homes situated on 1,175 acres. Meadowview offers residents numerous amenities including a clubhouse, spa, two heated swimming pools, basketball and tennis courts, equestrian center and extensive trail system.

FirstService Residential has been selected by the Board of Shady Canyon Community Association to provide full-service community association management services. Located on prime real estate in Irvine, Shady Canyon is one of Orange County’s most prestigious gated communities consisting of 400 custom built homes many with values from $5 million to in excess of $20 million.

Metropolis, luxury high-rise located in downtown Los Angeles, to be managed by FirstService Residential and consulting services provided by FirstService Association Consulting. Metropolis, a Greenland USA project, will feature three residential towers totaling over 1,500 units, a hotel and over 70,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor retail space.

FirstService Residential, North America’s leading property management firm, has eclipsed $1,300,000 in total donations to the United Way in California. The annual fundraising campaign concluded its 19^th year with a total of $27,000 raised surpassing the goal of $20,000.

Adds Bruner & Rosi Management, Inc. in Acquisition Partnership

FirstService Residential, North America’s leading property management firm, announced today that it has expanded its market-leading residential property management business in California with the acquisition of Bruner & Rosi Management, Inc., a full-service residential association company based in Carlsbad, Calif. The partnership adds more than 40 residential homeowner associations to the company’s management portfolio and expands its regional footprint in San Diego County.  The partnership became effective February 1, 2016.
